Sophisticated and overall clean place, captivating view of Osaka-Jo castle and the river. Great-sized unit with a luxurious decor. Very good service, very helpful staff during stay. Outstanding and fantastic food for breakfast...

This place is wonderfully located, just a short walk from the new harbor area and close to Kansai airport.

The location was wonderful - ease of access to Jo-Terrace Osaka. The restaurant was good with food and drink, I tried healthy dishes.

Its location a couple of blocks away from an arts theater was marvellous. The staff was very-very nice, polite, and responded promptly to requests.

The location was excellent and perfect for getting around, as a metro station was a short walk from the hotel. I liked the room in original 1964 decor; the bed was nice. The service was excellent, and the staff were amazingly helpful. Tried some nice meals at Kidokoro Isshin, located near the venue.

The assistance/service help from the staff was amazing. They helped us get exactly where we wanted even if the questions were a little challenging. We also had an amazing view of Osaka Castle from 15 floors up. It was so beautiful at night. Also the train station is only 50 meters down the road and 4 stops from Osaka station (main city station).

The room was nice but nothing spectacular for the cost.

Its location is excellent if you like to roam around Osaka Castle and its parks. Its drawback is that it is far from restaurants given the mediocre food at the hotel.

While the room is clean the bath /shower area requires upgrading.The air conditioning does not work well leaving the room warm and uncomfortable during the day. The staff are not that helpful either.

The location of the hotel was great and perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Osaka Castle Main Tower. the room they gave us was bright and new-fashioned with castle view and a sofa plus comfortable bedding. the people were outstandingly accommodating.

The Guest Relations were very helpful in providing maps to places I wanted to go. They would checked for information from the internet and made sure we knew our way around.

The hotel staff were excellent and were very helpful and friendly. It was extremely clean. Great views of Osaka Castle from hotel room. Also within walking distance of the castle, parks and big childrens park.

The location of the hotel is great, just a 10-15 minute walk from Jo-Terrace Osaka. The staff went above and beyond in providing excellent service. The restaurant at the hotel served delicious food and drinks, we both enjoyed wonderful dishes.

very nice hotel, clean, kind personnel. very comfortable bathroom. nice view to the city, although the castle view room doesn't offer a direct view to it (you have to bend your head quite much...). The hotel is close to 2 railway stations and one subway station, close to the castle and to the aqua-bus (right in front of the hotel).

Personnel in the Four Seasons restaurant not english speaking and not kind with the clients...

Large beds, central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. Substantial breakfast with a variety of outstanding food. Fantastic and wonderful location with private parking available if needed. Really close to the more lively areas of Osaka, MacDonalds and Subway, the castle, and the train station. Good customer service.

The staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful with tourist information and all of them spoke excellent English. The room was amazing. Very clean and all of our needs were met beyond exception. An excellent experience and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
